Ok, it's true... we've cheated on Kenya a little and bought a whole wack of beautiful baskets from Uganda. Who are we kidding, they're just better! Well, we aren't really that sure that Kenyans even MAKE these baskets... actually we're pretty sure they don't! Banana trees are ridiculously abundant in Uganda; hence we have the Ugandan baskets made from banana fibre, raffia grass, and natural dyes. They are truly remarkable. We use them for displaying all of our items but they are also for sale - and well worth it for the price. With everything from black and natural banana fibre coloured baskets, to dyed purples, pinks, blue's, and greens - your eyes most certainly won't get bored of all the colour! They make GREAT fruit baskest, patio condiment holders, and we can think of many more uses but let us leave the rest up to you! We've even managed to sneak a few Nubian (Sudanese) and Rwandan beauties into the collection!
